摘要
基于ANSYS软件中的APDL语言建立了锅炉给水预热器的结构与热分析有限元模型,通过热态操作载荷工况对模型进行了热-结构耦合应力分析,依据标准ASME第Ⅷ卷第2册第5部分对锅炉给水预热器与氨合成塔直连管口处进行了应力强度评定。计算结果表明:合理地布置支座位置,选择合适刚度系数的弹簧支座,可以实现热态操作载荷工况下设备基本处于水平状态,直连管口处应力强度评定合格;支座与壳体连接处有较高的应力,因此在对支座选材、保温、制造及检验等过程中须做好严格的质量控制。模拟计算结果可为该类与氨合成塔直连锅炉给水预热器的设计提供一定的参考依据。
A finite element model for structural and thermal analysis of the boiler feedwater preheater is established in APDL of ANSYS.A thermal-structural coupling stress analysis is carried out on the model in thermal operation loaded condition.Stress intensity assessment is carried out at the pipe connection between the boiler feedwater preheater and ammonia synthesis column in accordance with specifications in Part 5,Book 2,Volume VIII of ASME.Calculation results show that a reasonably arranged support position and a spring support with appropriate stiffness coefficient can keep the equipment at a basically horizontal position in thermal operation loaded condition.Stress intensity assessment at the pipe connection is qualified.Meanwhile,stress at the connection between support and shell is pretty high.Therefore,a strict quality control is required in material selection,insulation,manufacturing and inspection of the support.Simulation results can provide certain reference basis for the design of similar boiler feedwater preheaters directly connected with ammonia synthesis columns.
