Research on the Application of Process Settlement in Chemical Construction Projects

化工建设项目“结算久、结算难”一直受行业内各企业诟病,给发包人的成本管理和承包人的现金流管理带来诸多不便,有的甚至引发农民工工资拖欠等问题。剖析了化工建设项目现行的竣工结算方式存在的问题,分析了在化工建设项目中推行过程结算的意义,并根据化工建设项目的特点,提出了实施过程结算的建议。

Chemical construction projects have long been criticized by enterprises in the industry for long and difficult settlement,which brings many inconveniences to the cost management of contractors and cash flow management of contractors and in some cases even leads to problems such as delayed wages arrears of migrant workers.The paper analyzes the problems existing in the current completion settlement method of chemical construction projects.It also points out the significance of doing this for chemical construction projects,and puts forward suggestions for implementing process settlement according to the characteristics of chemical construction projects.
