四川省全生命周期妇幼信息平台建设实践与应用

Practice and application of the whole life cycle women and children information platform in Sichuan province

为提高行政管理效率,通过信息化手段促进优质资源下沉,提升妇幼健康服务人员的专业能力和技术水平,四川省建立了覆盖全生命周期的妇幼信息平台。本文对四川省全生命周期妇幼信息平台的总体设计框架和关键技术以及实施部署和功能应用进行介绍,总结了四川省妇幼健康信息化建设所取得的成效,并对未来发展方向提出可行性建议。通过梳理发现,四川省妇幼健康信息化势在必行,能够通过妇幼健康智慧管理提升信息服务水平和质量,具有较好的推广和应用价值。

In order to improve the efficiency of administrative management,promote delivering of quality resources to the grassroots level through information approach,and enhance the capabilities and technical skill of women and children’s health service personnel,an information platform covering the whole life cycle of women and children was established in Sichuan province.This article described the overall design,key technology,implementation and function of the platform,summarized the achievements of this information system construction in Sichuan Province,and put forward feasible suggestions for future development.It is imperative to carry out the informatization of women and children’s health in Sichuan province,and the level and quality of information service can be improved through intelligent management,which is crucial for application and promising development.
