摘要
探讨了硅烷改性聚氨酯、催化剂、硅烷偶联剂及耐候助剂含量对双组分硅烷改性聚氨酯中空玻璃密封胶性能的影响。结果表明,当A组分中硅烷改性聚氨酯含量为20%、催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡含量为0.09%、硅烷偶联剂KH570含量为1.5%时,密封胶的拉伸强度和伸长率达到最优,且对中空玻璃基材的粘结破坏为100%内聚破坏。此外,添加2,2-二羟甲基丁醇与邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯能有效提升密封胶的耐候性能。
The effects of the content of silane modified polyurethane,catalyst,silane coupling agent and weather resistant additive on the properties of two-component silane modified polyurethane sealant for hollow glasses are studied.The results show that when the content of silane modified polyurethane in component A is 20%,the content of catalyst dibutyltin dilaurate is 0.09%,and the content of silane coupling agent KH570 is 1.5%,the tensile strength and elongation of the sealant reached their optimum,and the bonding failure to the hollow glass substrate is 100%cohesive failure.In addition,adding 2,2-dihydroxy methylbutanol and phenyl salicylate can effectively improve the weather resistance of the sealant.
