摘要
新能源微电网技术为解决我国铁路站段光伏发电项目并网问题和提升项目经济环境效益提供了一种新的技术路径。通过调研新能源微电网技术国内外发展应用现状,梳理总结光伏发电、储能、电动汽车充电桩等新能源微电网关键技术在我国铁路站段的应用情况,研究分析新能源微电网技术在我国铁路站段应用的成本、经济效益及节能降碳效益,从国家政策规范、技术成熟度、应用前景、安全性等方面开展该技术在我国铁路站段应用的可行性研究。结合我国铁路站段供用能特点和绿色发展内在需求,构建基于光伏发电系统的新能源微电网技术在铁路站段应用的系统架构、运行模式及发展建议,为推动建设多能融合、柔性互通、清洁高效的铁路站段新型供配电系统提供有力支撑。
New energy microgrid technology has provided a novel technical path for solving the grid connection problem and improving the economic and environmental benefits of photovoltaic power generation projects in railway stations and sections in China.By investigating the development and application status quo of new energy microgrid technology at home and abroad,this paper summarized the application of new energy key technologies,such as photovoltaic power generation,energy storage,and charging piles for electric vehicles in railway stations and sections in China.Besides,the paper studied and analyzed the cost,economic benefit,and energy saving and carbon reduction benefit of new energy microgrid technology application in China’s railway stations and sections,and implemented the feasibility study of the application of this technology in China’s railway stations and sections from the aspects of national policy norms,technology maturity,application prospect,and safety.Combined with the characteristics of energy supply and consumption,as well as the inherent need for green development of railway stations and sections in China,the paper constructed the system structure,operation mode,and development suggestions for the application of new energy microgrid technology based on a photovoltaic power generation system in railway stations and sections.This can support the promotion of the construction of a new power supply and distribution system of railway stations and sections with multi-energy integration,flexible interoperability,cleanliness,and high efficiency.
