基于数字孪生技术的城市发电厂智慧节水平台建设

摘要 城市发电厂在城市供能体系中居核心地位,但用水粗放管理易产生水资源重大损耗与环保问题,是城市高耗水工业行业重点监控对象,亟须在节水技术及管理模式上创新突破,为此,聚焦城市发电厂这一特定对象,采用系统构建与实例分析,融合数字孪生技术,创新设计智慧节水平台。智慧节水平台运用先进的数据采集与处理、虚拟建模与仿真、优化决策与支持、集成提升与扩展等技术方法,全面革新传统城市发电厂用水管理模式。上海外高桥发电厂智慧节水平台建设后成效显著:大幅增强用水管理效率,有效缩减用水成本,优化供水管网结构,并实现设施的全生命周期智能化管理,有力推进资源节约与环境可持续性发展。智慧节水平台应用实例不仅验证数字孪生技术在城市节水领域的变革力量,还展现出广泛应用价值与创新潜力,为高耗水工业行业树立智慧节水实践标杆。 Urban power plants occupy a core position in the urban energy supply system.However,extensive water use management is easy to produce significant losses of water resources and environmental challenges.This makes them a key monitoring target of high water-consuming industrial sectors in cities,urgently requiring innovative breakthroughs in water-saving technologies and management models.Therefore,focusing on the specific object of urban power plants,this paper adopts system construction and case analysis,incorporating digital twin technology to innovatively design a smart water-saving platform.The smart water-saving platform employs advanced data collection and processing,virtual modeling and simulation,optimization decision-making and support,integrated enhancement,and expansion techniques,thoroughly revolutionizing the traditional water management model of urban power plants.Taking the Waigaoqiao Power Plant in Shanghai as an example,the implementation of the smart water-saving platform has achieved significant effects:greatly enhancing water management efficiency,effectively reducing water costs,optimizing the structure of the water supply network,and realizing the intelligent management of the entire lifecycle of facilities,thereby vigorously promoting resource conservation and environmental sustainability.The smart watersaving platform case not only validates the transformative power of digital twin technology in the urban water-saving field but also demonstrates its broad application value and innovation potential,setting a benchmark for smart watersaving practices in high water-consuming industrial sectors.
