超声乳化吸引刀治疗项背部脂肪堆积的效果初探

摘要 目的探讨超声乳化吸引刀治疗项背部脂肪堆积的效果。方法该研究为纵向研究。纳入2022年3-12月,杭州米兰柏羽医疗美容医院美容外科进行超声乳化治疗项背部脂肪堆积患者27例,男2例、女25例,年龄24~45(31.3±1.3)岁。采用超声乳化吸引刀进行手术治疗,局部麻醉或全身麻醉,用超声乳化吸引刀技术(超脂塑)、脂肪平衡器结合负压抽吸治疗项背部脂肪堆积导致的体态畸形。肿胀麻醉后先以脂肪平衡器松解皮下脂肪层致密纤维结缔组织,再以超声乳化吸引刀乳化脂肪,进而负压抽吸。术后辅以自黏性弹力绷带加压固定。观察患者术后3个月脂肪堆积改善及并发症发生情况,并评估患者满意度。结果27例患者均完成治疗。随访3个月,医师评估患者显著改善10例、中等改善13例、轻度改善3例、无改善1例,总改善率为96.29%。患者自评显著改善8例、中等改善14例、轻度改善3例、无改善2例,总改善率为92.59%。医师评估患者术后3个月总改善率高于患者自评(P=0.940)。27例患者手术后满意20例(74.07%),一般5例(18.51%),不满意2例(7.41%),满意率为92.59%。27例患者治疗期间2例发生并发症,主要为皮下瘀血,未进行特殊处理,术后1周消散,并发症发生率为7.41%。结论超声乳化吸引刀治疗项背部脂肪堆积治疗效果较好,患者满意度高,并发症发生率低。 ObjectiveTo observe the improvement effect of phacoemulsification suction knife in treating back fat accumulation.MethodsIt was a longitudinal cohort study.A total of 27 patients with back fat accumulation were selected in our hospital from March 2022 to December 2022 to observe the improvement and complications within 3 months after surgery,and to evaluate patient's satisfaction.Under local anesthesia or general anesthesia,we used phacoemulsification suction technology(super lipoplastic),fat balancer combined with negative pressure suction to treat the body deformity caused by back fat accumulation.After swelling anesthesia,the fat balancer was first applied to loosen the dense fiberous connective tissue of the subcutaneous fat layer,and then the ultrasonic emulsification to emulsify the fat,and finally negative pressure suction.The patient was fixed with a self-adhesive elastic bandage after surgery.A follow-up study was carried out to observe the complications and to evaluate the improvement and satisfaction 3 months after surgery.ResultsA total of 27 patients had finished the treatment.After 3 months,surgeon's evaluation showed that 10 patients had significant improvement,13 patients had moderate improvement,and 3 patients had mild improvement;No improvement was observed in one patient.The total improvement rate was 96.29%.Self-evaluation of the patients showed that significant improvement(8 cases),moderate improvement(14 cases),mild improvement(3 cases)and no improvement(2 cases);the total improvement rate was 92.59%.3-month improvement rate in surgeon's evaluation was higher than that of patients,without significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).During the treatment,complications occured in 2 cases(7.41%),including subcutaneous ecchymosis,which disappeared after one week without any treatment.ConclusionsPhacoemulsification suction knife can effectively treat the accumulation of back fat,and has the characteristics of less trauma,less bleeding and fast recovery,which is worth popularizing.
