摘要
目的探讨1565 nm非剥脱点阵激光治疗面部毛孔粗大的效果。方法该研究为纵向研究。回顾性纳入2020年9月至2021年9月宁波市第六医院整形修复重建外科就诊面部毛孔粗大患者68例,男5例、女63例,年龄20~41(29.3±4.6)岁。均采用1565 nm非剥脱点阵激光治疗,每月治疗1次,3次为1个疗程,治疗期间用VISIA皮肤图像分析仪检测记录面部毛孔变化,比较治疗前后面部毛孔数量值、分值、百分位数排名,并观察不良反应发生情况。结果经过1个疗程,入选者治疗前后面部毛孔数量分别为(890.75±312.61)、(834.37±289.94)个,分值分别为(25.76±1.08)、(24.81±8.59)分,治疗后面部毛孔数量、分值较治疗前下降(t=4.19,2.65,均P<0.05)。入选者治疗前后面部毛孔百分位数排名分别为4.00%(2.00%,7.00%)、5.00%(2.25%,8.00%),治疗后面部毛孔百分位数排名较治疗前上升(Z=-3.35,P<0.05)。3例患者出现短暂性色素沉着,均在末次治疗后1个月内逐渐消退;1例颊部散在少许炎性丘疹,予红霉素眼膏外用涂抹后3 d消退。结论1565 nm非剥脱点阵激光治疗面部毛孔粗大效果较好,不良反应较轻。
ObjectiveTo explore the application of 1565 nm non-ablative fractional laser in the treatment of enlarged facial pores.MethodsIt was a longitudinal cohort study.From September 2020 to September 2021,68 patients with enlarged facial pores,including 5 male patients and 63 female patients,aged between 20 and 41(29.3±4.6)years,were treated at the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery of Ningbo Sixth Hospital.They received 1565 nm non-ablative fractional laser once every month for a total of 3 times.The number,score and percentile ranking of facial pores before and after treatment were recorded and compared by VISIA,and adverse reactions were observed.ResultsThe facial pores number before and after treatment were 890.75±312.61 and 834.37±289.94,the facial pores score were 25.76±1.08 and 24.81±8.59,respectively,indicating a statistically significant decrease in facial pores number and score compared to before treatment(t=4.19,2.65,P<0.05).The facial pores percentile ranking before and after treatment were 4.00%(2.00%,7.00%)and 5.00%(2.25%,8.00%),respectively,indicating a statistically significant increase in facial pores percentile ranking compared to before treatment(Z=-3.35,P<0.05).Three patients had transient pigmentation,all of which were gradually faded within 1 month after the last treatment.One patient had a few inflammatory papules scattered on the cheek,which faded in 3 days by using erythromycin eye cream.ConclusionsThe 1565 nm non-ablative laser can effectively improve enlarged facial pores with light adverse reactions.
