摘要
酪氨酸酶(TYR)是一种生物催化剂,具有催化效率高、环境友好的特点,广泛应用于食品、医疗、能源和环境治理等众多领域。然而,游离酶的稳定性差一直是制约其在工业层面应用的瓶颈。酶的固定化技术不仅增强了酶的稳定性和可重复使用性,也进一步方便了其从反应体系中的分离方法,简化了工艺流程,提高了生产效率。固定化酪氨酸酶技术的发展不仅对提高酪氨酸酶的性能和生产效率具有重大意义,而且能为企业带来巨大经济效益。因此,固定化酪氨酸酶的研究一直是一个热点。综述了酪氨酸酶固定化的技术、固定化载体及该技术在实际应用中的研究进展。
Tyrosinase(TYR)is a biocatalyst that not only has a high catalytic efficiency but is also environmentally friendly,and is widely used in many fields such as food,medicine,energy and environmental treatment.However,the lack of stability of the free enzyme has been the bottleneck limiting its industrial application.To solve this problem,the enzyme immobilization technology not only enhances the stability and reusability of the enzyme,but also further improves its catalytic efficiency.The development of immobilized tyrosinase technology is not only of great significance for improving the performance and productivity of tyrosinase,but also brings great economic benefits to companies.Therefore,the research of immobilized TYR has been a hot spot.This paper reviews the technology of tyrosinase immobilization,the immobilized carriers,and the research progress of this technology in practical applications.
