中国低钠盐推广应用指南

The guidelines for use and promotion of low sodium salt in China

摘要 1引言1.1制订指南的背景心血管病是人类死亡的首要原因,在我国导致的死亡约占死亡总数的45%[1]。血压升高是引发心血管病的主要危险因素,导致约2/3的脑卒中和近1/2的冠心病[2]。我国成年居民每4人中即有1人患高血压,但高血压人群的知晓率、治疗率和控制率分别仅为41%、35%和11%[3]。此外,我国学龄儿童高血压患病率也呈明显上升趋势[4-5]。
