摘要
为满足壳体件自动化大批量生产中的检测需求,设计了一种装夹到位气密性检测工装。该工装结构简洁,维护成本低,广泛适用于多种壳体件。通过实验法调整夹持铁屑高度,统计气密性检测结果,选取最优参数并验证30余天,确保满足生产要求。批量检测结果显示合格,满足自动化生产需求。此工装设计原理对解决未来工业自动化线中放置到位检测及自动检测反馈问题具有参考价值,提升了生产效率与质量。
In order to meet the requirements of shell parts in mass automated production,a mechanical processing tool for the detection of air tightness was designed based on the requirements of shell parts processing tool in automation line,structural design and component strength checking calculation.The designed tooling has the advantages of simple structure,low maintenance cost and wide product range.In the debugging process,experimental method was used to increase the height of the input gripper iron chip,and the output of the airtight test results were statistically analyzed and suitable parameters were selected to be applied in the actual automatic wire body processing.With multiple and continuous batch verification for more than 30 days,the verification results met the requirements of field use.The product was verified and tested in batches by the above tooling,and the test results were qualified.The tooling can meet the requirements of shell parts used in automatic production.The application principle of the tool has a reference significance for the future industrial automation line body production to solve the need for automatic production in place detection,automatic detection feedback.
