基于脑肠轴从脾胃论治单纯性肥胖症

Managing simple obesity from the spleen and stomach based on gutbrain axis

单纯性肥胖症在我国发病率高,且与多种疾病的发生息息相关。中医药从脾胃论治单纯性肥胖症有着独特的优势。研究表明,脑肠轴参与肥胖的发病机制,可通过调节机体食欲、参与运动调节及情绪调控等影响肥胖的发生发展。本文基于脑肠轴理论,通过从脾胃论治单纯性肥胖症、脑肠轴与单纯性肥胖症、脑肠轴与脾胃的关系等方面,论述从脾胃论治单纯性肥胖症的合理性及其联系,以期为单纯性肥胖症的治疗提供新思路。

Simple obesity has a high incidence in China and is closely associated with the onset of various diseases.Traditional Chinese Medicine offers unique advantages in treating simple obesity from the perspective of the spleen and stomach.Research indicates that the gut-brain axis is involved in the pathogenesis of obesity,influencing its development through regulation of appetite,participation in exercise regulation,and emotional control.This paper,based on the theory of the gut-brain axis,discusses the rationale and connection of treating simple obesity from the perspective of the spleen and stomach,the relationship between the gut-brain axis and obesity,and the interrelation between the gut-brain axis and the spleen and stomach.It aims to provide new insights for the treatment of simple obesity and serve as a reference for clinical practice.
