耳内镜与显微镜下鼓膜修补术效果的临床观察

Clinical observation on the effect of tympanoplasty under otoendoscope and microscope

目的分析耳内镜和显微镜下鼓膜修补术的治疗效果。方法选取本院2022年1月~2022年12月收治的64例鼓膜穿孔患者根据电脑随机方式分为参照组(显微镜下鼓膜修补术)和实验组(耳内镜下鼓膜修补术),每组32例。对比治疗效果、治疗前后疼痛评分、并发症发生情况、治疗前后听力情况以及临床指标。结果实验组有效率为96.88%,明显比参照组高(P<0.05);两组治疗前疼痛评分没有明显差别(P>0.05);治疗后实验组明显比参照组低(P<0.05);实验组发生率为6.25%,明显比参照组低(P<0.05);治疗前两组听力情况没有明显差别(P>0.05);治疗后实验组明显优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论耳内镜下鼓膜修补术能够有效改善患者所出现的临床症状,修补效果良好,缓解疼痛,安全性高,加快患者恢复听力和健康的速度。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of tympanoplasty under otoendoscope and microscope.Methods 64 patients with tympanic membrane perforation admitted in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into reference group(tympanic membrane repair under microscope)and experimental group(tympanic membrane repair under ear endoscope)according to the computer,with 32 cases in each group.The therapeutic effects,pain scores,complications,hearing and clinical indicators before and after treatment were compared.Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 96.88%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);The incidence rate of the experimental group was 6.25%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in hearing between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tympanoplasty under otoendoscope can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,with good repair effect,pain relief,high safety,and speed up the recovery of hearing and health of patients.
