鼓膜穿刺联合地塞米松注射液连续三天鼓室内注药治疗分泌性中耳炎临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on the efficacy of tympanic membrane puncture combined with dexamethasone injection for three consecutive days in the treatment of secretoryotitismedia

目的探讨在分泌性中耳炎患者的治疗工作中,予以鼓膜穿刺联合地塞米松注射液治疗的积极性。方法以2020年9月-2022年10月为该研究病例择取时段,将我院80例分泌性中耳炎患者抽取,依据“治疗方案差异”行分组处理,对照组纳入40例给予鼓膜穿刺常规治疗,观察组纳入病例40例,在鼓膜穿刺基础上给予地塞米松注射液治疗。结果(1)经与对照组77.50%的临床疗效对比,观察组患者临床疗效以更高表示(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后经与对照组患者不同频率听阈值指标数值相比,观察组患者0.5kHz、1.0kHz以及2.0 kHz频率的听阈值明显较低呈现(P<0.05)。(3)经与对照组22.50%的不良反应发生率进行对比,观察组患者不良反应发生率以更低表示(P<0.05)。结论将鼓膜穿刺联合地塞米松注射液方案用于分泌性中耳炎的治疗工作中优势显著,可提高治疗总有效率,改善患者不同频率听阈值的同时确保治疗安全性(减少不良反应发生率)。

Objective To explore the enthusiasm of using tympanic membrane puncture combined with dexamethasone injection in the treatment of patients with secretory otitis media.Method From September 2020 to October 2022,80 patients with secretory otitis media in our hospital were selected for the study period.They were divided into groups based on the differences in treatment plans.The control group included 40 patients who received routine treatment through tympanic membrane puncture,while the observation group included 40 cases who received dexamethasone injection treatment on the basis of tympanic membrane puncture.Result(1)After comparing the clinical efficacy with 77.50%of the control group,the observation group showed a higher clinical efficacy(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,compared with the values of different frequency auditory threshold indicators in the control group,the observation group showed significantly lower auditory threshold values at frequencies of 0.5 kHz,1.0 kHz,and 2.0 kHz(P<0.05).(3)Compared with the 22.50%incidence of adverse reactions in the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of tympanic membrane puncture and dexamethasone injection has significant advantages in the treatment of patients with secretory otitis media.It can improve the total effective rate of treatment,improve the hearing threshold of patients at different frequencies,and ensure treatment safety(reduce the incidence of adverse reactions).
