西替利嗪治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效果及对患者炎症因子的影响研究

Clinical efficacy of cetirizine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis and its influence on inflammatoryfactors inpatients

目的分析观察变应性鼻炎采取西替利嗪诊疗的实践效果及对炎症因子的改善影响。方法选取2021年1月~2022年3月于我院就诊的变应性鼻炎患者研究,总例数60例,按随机法原则分组,等分为2组,对照组予丙酸氟替卡松,治疗组基于此予西替利嗪治疗,比较2组指标,囊括治疗效果、症状改善状况、炎症因子及生命质量等。结果①治疗效果:相比之对照组,治疗组有效率表现更高(P<0.05);②症状改善状况:在鼻塞、打喷嚏、流涕等症状方面,治疗组改善用时低于对照组(P<0.05);③炎症因子:治疗组炎症因子,如CRP、IL-E/IL-4等均比于对照组低(P<0.05);生命质量:治疗组精神健康、社会/心理功能等表现更高,与对照组比(P<0.05);③免疫功能:治疗组免疫功能(CD8+、CD4+等)改善效果比于对照组高(P<0.05)。结论变应性鼻炎采取西替利嗪诊疗效果显著,值得借鉴。

Objective To analyze and observe the clinical effect of CETIRIZINE in the diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis and its influence on the improvement of inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 60 patients with allergic rhinitis from January to March 2022 in our hospital were 2021.They were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group was treated with fluticasone propionate,the treatment group was treated with CETIRIZINE based on this,and the therapeutic effect,improvement of symptoms,inflammatory factors and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Therapeutic effect:compared with the control group,the effective rate of the treatment group was higher(P<0.05);②symptom improvement:in nasal congestion,Sneeze,runny nose,etc;③Inflammatory factors:the inflammatory factors,such as CRP,IL-E/IL-4,et al,in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(p<0.05);Quality of life:the mental health and social/psychological function in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(p<0.05):?Immune function:the improvement effect of immune function(CD8+,CD4+,etc.)in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion The effect of CETIRIZINE in the diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis is remarkable,which is worth learning.
