通窍鼻炎方加针刺治疗过敏性鼻炎患者临床疗效和炎症反应的影响

The effect of Tongqiaoxian prescription plus acupuncture on the treatment of allergic rhinitis and the influence of inflammatory response

目的研究过敏性鼻炎患者接受通窍鼻炎方加针灸治疗的临床疗效以及炎症反应。方法选取2022年6月至2023年12月期间收治的100例过敏性鼻炎患者,随机分为参照组和研究组,各50例,参照组接受左西替利嗪治疗,研究组在参照组基础上给予通窍鼻炎方联合针刺治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗效果、炎症反应和不良反应。结果研究组患者治疗有效率98.00%高于参照组84.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者IL-4(15.80±3.20)ng/L和IL-6(5.71±1.24)ng/L低于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率2.00%低于参照组16.00%(P<0.05)。结论过敏性鼻炎患者给予通窍鼻炎方加针刺治疗效果显著,可明显减轻机体炎症反应,治疗安全性较高。

Objective To study the clinical effect and inflammatory response of patients with allergic rhinitis treated with Tongqiaoxian prescription and acupuncture.Methods A total of 100 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted from June 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into the reference group and the study group,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group received levocetirizine treatment,and the study group received Tongqiaoyan prescription combined with acupuncture treatment on the basis of the reference group,and compared the clinical therapeutic effects,inflammatory reactions and adverse reactions of the two groups.Results The effective rate of the study group was 98.00%higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,IL-4(15.80±3.20)ng/L and IL-6(5.71±1.24)ng/L in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower at 2.00%than that in the reference group at 16.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Tongqiaobiyan prescription plus acupuncture on patients with allergic rhinitis is significant,which can significantly reduce the inflammatory response of the body and has high safety.
