Investigation on Tinnitus Status of 3819 Physical Examiners

目的调查3819名体检者耳鸣状况,并分析耳鸣影响因素。方法回顾性分析2021年1月-2021年12月于医院体检中心进行全面体检3819人的基线资料,其中耳鸣224例,非耳鸣3595例,对其性别、年龄、体重、基础疾病等对其进行调查。采用多因素Logistic回归模型分析耳鸣影响因素。结果经单因素分析,耳鸣组男性、≥50岁、高脂血症、糖尿病占比率高于非耳鸣组(P<0.05),两组肥胖占比率基本一致,差异不具有统计学意义P>0.05。经多因素Logistic分析性别、年龄、高脂血症、糖尿病是耳鸣独立危险因素,差异具有统计学意义P<0.05。结论性别、年龄、高脂血症、糖尿病是耳鸣的主要影响因素,尽早预防和改善血管疾病,可控制耳鸣的发生。

Objective To investigate the tinnitus status of 3819 physical examinees and analyze the influencing factors of tinnitus.Methods The baseline data of 3819 people who underwent comprehensive physical examination in the hospital physical examination center from January 2021 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,including 224 cases of tinnitus and 3595 cases of non-tnitus.Their sex,age,weight,basic disease,etc.were investigated.Multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of tinnitus.Results By single factor analysis,the percentage of male,≥50 years old,hyperlipidemia and diabetes in the tinnitus group was higher than that in the non tinnitus group(P<0.05).The percentage of obesity in the two groups was basically the same,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).According to multivariate logistic analysis,gender,age,hyperlipidemia and diabetes were independent risk factors for tinnitus,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Sex,age,hyperlipidemia and diabetes are the main influencing factors of tinnitus.Early prevention and improvement of vascular diseases can control the occurrence of tinnitus.
