针对性护理干预对儿童过敏性鼻炎鼻腔冲洗依从性的影响研究

Effect of targeted nursing intervention on compliance of nasal irrigation in children with allergic rhinitis

摘要 目的评估针对性护理干预应用在儿童过敏性鼻炎(AR)鼻腔冲洗中的效果及对依从性的影响。方法纳入2021年3月-2022年5月接诊且行鼻腔冲洗的78例AR患儿,参照随机数字表法划分对照组(纳入39例,提供常规护理干预)、观察组(纳入39例,提供针对性护理干预),评价组间患儿依从性、Wong-Banker面部表情量表法(FPS-R)、儿童鼻结膜炎相关生活质量问卷(RQLQ)、家长满意度。结果(1)较之对照组(76.92%),观察组总依从率(94.87%)更高,P<0.05;(2)干预前,组间FPS-R、RQLQ无差异,P>0.05;干预后,观察组FPS-R、RQLQ更低,家长满意度更高,P<0.05。结论在AR患儿鼻腔冲洗中实施针对性护理干预,可以提高患儿鼻腔冲洗依从性、舒适度、生活质量,构建和谐护患关系,值得推广。 Objective To evaluate the effect of targeted nursing intervention on nasal irrigation in children with allergic rhinitis(AR)and its influence on compliance.Method 78 children with AR who received nasal irrigation from March 2021 to May 2022 were included,and were divided into control group(39 cases included,providing routine nursing intervention)and observation group(39 cases included,providing targeted nursing intervention)according to random number table method.Intergroup compliance,Wong-Banker Facial Expression Scale(FPS-R),children's nasoconjunctivitis related Quality of Life Questionnaire(RQLQ),and parent satisfaction were evaluated.Results(1)Compared with the control group(76.92%),the total compliance rate of observation group(94.87%)was higher,P<0.05;(2)Before intervention,FPS-R and RQLQ were not different between groups,P>0.05;After intervention,FPS-R and RQLQ were lower in the observation group,and parental satisfaction was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of targeted nursing intervention in nasal irrigation of children with AR can improve the compliance,comfort and quality of life of children with nasal irrigation,and build a harmonious nurse-patient relationship,which is worth promoting.
