综合护理干预用于鼻内镜下手术治疗鼻息肉患者的效果分析

Effect analysis of comprehensive nursing intervention in nasal endoscopic surgery for patients with nasal polyps

目的讨论综合护理干预用于鼻内镜下手术治疗鼻息肉患者的效果分析。方法入选60例鼻内镜下手术治疗鼻息肉患者主要于2020年1月-2022年12月接受病情诊疗,随机分为对照组30例与研究组30例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施综合护理。观察指标:护理效果、护理2周后鼻内镜检查结果、并发症。结果研究组护理总有效率的93.33%明显高于对照组该指标的73.33%,P<0.05。护理2周后研究组水肿、息肉、鼻漏、瘢痕、结痴鼻内镜检查结果指标均明显低于对照组,P<0.05。研究组并发症总发生率的6.67%明显低于对照组该指标的26.67%,P<0.05。结论综合护理干预用于鼻内镜下手术治疗鼻息肉患者利于提高护理效果,改善鼻内镜检查结果,减少不良并发症。

Objective To discuss the effect analysis of comprehensive nursing intervention for nasal endoscopic surgery in patients with nasal polyps.Methods A total of 60 patients with nasal endoscopic surgery for nasal polyps received diagnosis and treatment from January 2020 to December 2022,and were randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and study group(30 cases).The control group implemented routine nursing,and the study group implemented comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group.Outcomes:Nursing effect,Results of nasal endoscopy after 2 weeks of nursing,complications.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the study group(93.33%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(73.33%),P<0.05.After 2 weeks of nursing,the results of edema,polyp,rhinorrhea,scar and scab in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The total complication rate of the study group was 6.67%lower than that of the control group(26.67%),P<0.05.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in nasal endoscopic surgery for patients with nasal polyps is beneficial to improve the nursing effect,improve the results of nasal endoscopic examination and reduce adverse complications.
