Concept and Strategy of Urban Renewal:Taking Minzhu Village in Chongqing as an Example

随着城市化进程的深入,我国的城市建设已进入存量提质发展阶段,城市发展逻辑正发生重大改变,实施城市更新行动将成为未来城市发展的主要途径。结合重庆民主村更新改造案例,分析并强调城市更新中目标导向与价值观念的重要性,进而讨论推进城市更新行动的策略与方法。

With the deepening of urbanization process,China's urban construction has entered the stage of stock improvement and development,and the logic of urban development is undergoing significant changes,implementing urban renewal actions will become the main way for future urban development.Based on the case of renewal of Minzhu Village in Chongqing,the importance of goal orientation and value concept in urban renewal are analyzed and emphasized,and then strategies and methods for promoting urban renewal actions are discussed.
