基于现场监测结果的实体结构现浇混凝土入模温度统计分析

摘要 入模温度对混凝土早期性能发展影响较大,入模温度越高对结构混凝土早期开裂风险产生一定的不利影响。基于笔者研究团队近年来20余个工程项目的200多个现浇混凝土浇筑段的入模温度的现场监测数据,数据涵盖不同季节、不同结构形式,去除其中人为控制入模温度的数据组,进行了剩余197组入模温度数据的统计分析。结果表明:入模温度测试数据符合正态概率分布,与环境气温呈强线性相关性关系,且两者的差值也符合正态概率分布,并给出两者差值的拟合计算式,R^(2)值在0.98以上,这样可根据拟合式和环境气温估算实时入模温度。分析结果可为施工组织中入模温度的预判、混凝土抗裂性预评估入模温度的选取提供一定的指导作用。 The casting temperature has a great influence on the development of early performance of concrete,and the higher the casting temperature is,the worse the cracking risk of structural concrete will be.Based on the field monitoring data of the casting temperature of more than 200 cast-in-situ concrete casting sections of more than 20 engineering projects in recent years by the author′s research team,which covers different seasons and different structural forms,it removes the data sets of artificially controlled casting temperature,conducts statistical analysis of the remaining 197 sets of casting temperature data.The results show that the test data of the molding temperature conforms to the normal probability distribution,and has a strong linear correlation with the ambient temperature,and the difference between casting temperature and with the ambient temperature also conforms to the normal probability distribution.The fitting calculation formula of the difference between them is given,whose R^(2) is more than 0.98,so the real-time casting temperature can be estimated according to the fitting formula and the ambient temperature.The analysis results can provide some guidance for the prediction of the casting temperature in the construction organization and the selection of the casting temperature in the pre-evaluation of the concrete crack resistance.
