Countermeasures for Improving Accessible Travel Facilities of Urban Roads Based on Impact Weights

无障碍出行设施是城市道路的重要组成部分之一。城市居民对提升无障碍出行服务质量的期待、需求多样化发展变化及人口老龄化发展趋势等,要求无障碍出行环境建设必须全面、同步融入到新时代的经济社会发展中。以大连地区部分街道步行无障碍通行设施为对象,采用熵值法分析设施老化、建设不标准、损坏、缺失、占用、设计不合理等六类主要问题的重要度系数依次为22.79%、20.47%、17.51%、13.71%、13.14%、12.38%,基于问题重要度并结合无障碍出行的安全性、可靠性、舒适性等要求,提出提升和改善无障碍出行环境的对策与建议,为实现城市步行环境高质量发展提供借鉴。

Accessible travel facilities are one of the important components of urban roads.The expectations of urban residents for improving the quality of accessible travel services,the diversified development of demands and the development trend of population aging require that the construction of accessible travel environment must be comprehensively and synchronously integrated into the economic and social development of the new era.Taking the walking accessibility facilities in some streets of Dalian as the object,the entropy method is used to analyze six main problems of aging,non-standard construction,damage,missing,occupation and unreasonable design of the facilities,which important coefficients are 22.79%,20.47%,17.51%,13.71%,13.14%,and 12.38%successively.Based on the importance of the problems and combined with the safety,reliability and comfort requirements of accessible travel,the countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to improve and enhance the accessibility travel environment,which provide reference for achieving the high-quality development of urban walking environment.
