基于有限元模拟的道路顶管施工优化

摘要 北京某外电源改造项目,下穿市政道路采用顶管法施工。为研究外电源顶管下穿对市政道路及管线安全的影响,通过数值模拟,分析了顶管施工引起市政道路、管线的变形规律。并采用数值模拟试验的方法,通过优化顶推压力以减小顶管施工对地层扰动,进而减小对市政道路及地下管线的变形影响,保证穿越工程安全。试验结果表明,通过优化顶推压力,穿越工程施工对道路沉降影响减小45%,对管线变形影响减小47%,研究成果对下穿顶管的安全施工和市政道路及管线的正常运营具有重要的意义。 In an external power supply renovation project in Beijing,the underpassing municipal road is constructed by pipe jacking method.To study the impact of external power supply pipe jacking underpassing on the safety of municipal roads and pipelines,the numerical simulation is conducted to analyze the deformation laws of municipal roads and pipelines caused by pipe jacking construction.And the numerical simulation test method is used to optimize the pushing pressure in order to reduce the disturbance to the stratum caused by pipe jacking construction,and then to reduce the deformation impact on municipal roads and underground pipelines,which ensures the safety of the underpassing project.The experimental results show that by optimizing the pushing pressure,the impact of underpassing project on road settlement is reduced by 40%,and the impact on pipeline deformation is reduced by 42%.The research results are of great significance for the safe construction of underpass jacking pipes and the normal operation of municipal roads and pipelines.
