摘要
基于大数据技术分析心理健康监测指标体系及大数据获取路径,探索新型的高职院校学生心理健康监测模型。选取湖南省娄底市某职业技术学院的32名学生进行实践调研。结果显示,构建的心理健康监测模型能够较为准确地划分学生的心理健康等级,有效反映出学生心理状态的大致情况。由描述性统计和t检验结果可知,女生和男生在学习状态、兴趣爱好、人生目标、家庭环境、学校环境、人际关系、社会支持系统及焦虑指标上存在显著差异,且女生的得分均高于男生,表明整体上女生的心理健康水平要高于男生。
Based on big data technology,the study analyzes the mental health monitoring index system and big data acquisition path,and explores new type of mental health monitoring model of vocational college students.The study selects 32 students from a vocational and technical college in Loudi City,Hunan Province for practical investigation.The results show that the constructed mental health monitoring model can accurately classify students’mental health grade and effectively reflect the general situation of students’mental state.Results of descriptive statistics and t test show that there are significant differences between girls and boys in learning status,hobbies,life goals,family environment,school environment,interpersonal relationship,social support system and anxiety indicators.Girls’scores are higher than boys’,indicating that generally girls’mental health level is higher than boys’.
