摘要
植物激素是植物体内合成的重要调节因子。它们单独或共同调节植物的生长、发育和分化。作为调节植物生长发育的信号分子,这些激素在调控植物整个生长周期的发育时间、代谢和胁迫响应等方面起着不可或缺的作用。本文探讨了植物激素特别是脱落酸(ABA)与植物生长调节因子MicroRNA(miRNA)之间的相互作用及其在植物非生物胁迫响应中的重要性。miRNA通过负调控激素信号通路中的靶基因与激素信号协调。
Plant hormones are important regulators synthesized in plants.They regulate plant growth,development,and differentiation severally or jointly.As signaling molecules that regulate plant growth and development,these hormones play an indispensable role in regulating developmental timing,metabolism,and stress response throughout the plant growth cycle.This article discusses the interaction between plant hormones,especially abscisic acid(ABA)and plant growth regulatory factor microRNA(miRNA),and their importance in plant response to abiotic stress.MicroRNAs(miRNAs)coordinate with hormone signals by negatively regulating target genes in hormone signaling pathways.
