信创产业创新人才培养的产教融合育人体系

Education System of Production and Education Integration for Training Innovative Talents in Information Innovation Industry

我国的关键信息技术自主创新迫在眉睫,信创领域的创新人才缺口问题较为突出,供给短缺问题亟须解决。为破解人才缺口问题,需要构建一套科学的人才培养体系加以解决。面向信创产业创新人才培养,以构建产教融合育人体系为目标,打造“三三三”立体式育人体系,构建校内外深度融合的多元教学模式,建设“双师双能型”师资队伍,制定“三位一体”的教学质量综合评价体系,进而形成一套稳定有效、可复制、可推广的产教融合育人体系。

The autonomous innovation of key information technologies in China is urgent,while the obvious shortcoming of innovative talents in the field of information innovation still exists.The issue of talent supply shortage needs to be solved urgently.Essentially,solving the supply shortage requires a scientific talent training system.To train innovative talents,this article proposes an education system of production and education integration by constructing comprehensive“triple three”education system,creating a diversified teaching mode of deep integration within and outside the school,building a“double-qualified”teaching team and developing an integrated teaching quality evaluation system,with the goal of forming a stable,effective,replicable and promotable education system of production and education integration.
