摘要
随着汽车产业的快速发展,消费者对汽车品种和个性化的需求不断增加,使得汽车制造商必须提高生产线的灵活性和适应性。作为汽车制造过程中的关键环节,焊装生产线的柔性布局尤为重要。通过分析焊装生产线柔性布局的意义,探讨柔性布局的关键技术和实施策略,最后通过实际案例验证了柔性布局的效果。
With the rapid development of the automotive industry,consumers′demand for car varieties and personalization is increasing,which requires automakers to improve the flexibility and adaptability of their production lines.The flexible layout of the welding production line,as a key link in the automotive manufacturing process,is particularly important.By analyzing the significance of flexible layout of the welding production line,this paper discusses the key technologies and implementation strategies of flexible layout,and finally verifies the effect of flexible layout through a practical case.
