摘要
提出了一种基于云计算的变电站设备智能化运维平台。该平台利用边缘计算在变电站本地部署智能节点,实现数据的采集与分析;同时,利用联邦学习实现多个变电站智能运维模型的协同训练与知识融合,在保护数据隐私的前提下提升模型性能。该平台还通过充分利用云计算在边缘和模型训练2个层面的技术优势,实现了变电站设备状态监测、故障诊断以及健康评估等全流程运维功能。实验表明,该平台有效提升了变电站运行监测能力和故障处理效率。
A cloud computing based intelligent operation and maintenance platform for substation equipment has been proposed.The platform uses edge computing to deploy intelligent nodes in the local substation to achieve data collection and analysis.At the same time,utilizing federated learning to achieve collaborative training and knowledge fusion of intelligent operation and maintenance models for multiple substations can improve model performance while protecting data privacy.The platform also fully utilizes the technological advantages of cloud computing at the edge and model training levels to achieve full process operation and maintenance functions such as substation equipment status monitoring,fault diagnosis,and health assessment.The experiment shows that the platform effectively improves the monitoring capability and fault handling efficiency of substations.
