摘要
提出了一种新的二次调频控制策略,即在动态虚拟电厂(DVPP)中,利用可再生能源(RES)直接参与二次调频(SFC)。虚拟同步发电机参与二次调频方式与传统同步发电机相同,在控制和合同方面满足相同的规格要求。在动态虚拟电厂中,需考虑内部实时调度,以确定每个可再生能源机组单元的有功功率注入量,从而为二级频率提供支持。通过对风电场和传统同步发电机的两区域基准的仿真研究,验证了二次调频策略的性能。
A new secondary frequency regulation control strategy has been proposed,which utilizes renewable energy sources(RES)to directly participate in secondary frequency regulation(SFC)in a dynamic virtual power plant(DVPP).Virtual synchronous generators participate in secondary frequency regulation in the same way as traditional synchronous generators,meeting the same specifications in terms of control and contract.In dynamic virtual power plants,internal real-time scheduling needs to be considered to determine the active power injection amount for each renewable energy unit unit,in order to provide support for the secondary frequency.The performance of the secondary frequency regulation strategy was verified through simulation studies of two zone benchmarks for wind farms and traditional synchronous generators.
