摘要
BIM正向设计正在成为建筑设计制图领域的热点,并将在未来一段时间内对传统的二维设计表达形式产生深远影响。文章便是以锦州市北普陀山文化产业园区规划设计为例,阐述BIM正向设计在建筑中的创新应用。以建筑领域常用的Revit为例,分析了BIM所具备的可视化沟通、三维协同、设计优化、绿色性能模拟等优势,为未来建筑方案的快速化设计提供参考。
BIM forward design is becoming a hot spot in the field of architectural design drawing,and will have a profound impact on the traditional two-dimensional design expression in the future.This paper takes the planning and design of the North Putuo Mountain Cultural Industrial Park in Jinzhou City as an example to ilustrate the innovative application of BIM forward design in architecture.Taking Revit as an example,the advantages of BIM such as visual communication,3D colaboration,design optimization and green performance simulation are analyzed,providing reference for the rapid design of future building schemes.
