街道型千年古城文旅业态提升策略研究——以招宝山街道为例

摘要 文章首先提炼了街道型千年古城的特点并进行剖析,针对性地提出“市场化导向抓住文旅业态新消费客群”“提升环境打造文旅业态宜游条件”“文化创意赋能文旅业态引领古城复兴”“打造夜间文旅业态激活古城夜消费”“完善文旅业态空间布局”“文旅业态提升三维模型构建”六大策略,并将策略应用于招宝山街道文旅业态提升。基于招宝山街道独特的区位、历史、人文、资源等要素,针对性地构建了文旅业态提升的“TRAVEL”模型,旨在激活该区域的发展潜力,从而助力千年古城的复兴与文化的复兴。 This paper first extracts the characteristics of the street type millennium ancient city and analyzes them,at the same time,proposes six targeted strategies:"market-oriented to capture new consumer groups in the cultural and tourism industry","improving the environment to create favorable tourism conditions for the cultural and tourism industry","cultural creativity empowers the cultural and tourism industry to lead the revitalization of the ancient city","creating a night time cultural and tourism industry to activate the night consumption of the ancient city","improving the spatial layout of the cultural and tourism industry",and"constructing a three-dimensional model for the improvement of the cultural and tourism industry".These strategies are applied to the improvement of the cultural and tourism industry in Zhaobaoshan Street.Based on specific factors such as the location,history,culture,and resources of Zhaobaoshan Street,a targeted"TRAVEL"model for the improvement of the cultural and tourism industry is proposed to activate its development potential and assist in the revitalization of the millennium ancient city and the construction of revival.
