Nature Creation and Experience:Renovation of Tujia Homestay in Banliao Village Design Review

近年来,随着国家乡村振兴战略的实施,鄂西山区的乡村旅游实现了持续、健康的发展,而民宿作为乡村旅游中不可或缺的重要基础设施是展示地域特色、民风民俗的重要载体,因此,民宿的设计与改造尤为重要。恩施南部山区的板寮村土家风情民宿改造项目设计结合场地特色,尊重乡村肌理,遵循自然营造,使民宿的地域性及场所感得到充分体现,进而使游客获得良好的体验感。文章追溯板寮村土家风情民宿改造设计的过程,以期为该地区民居更新起到一定示范及参考作用。

In recent years,with the implementation of the national Rural Revitalization Strategy,rural tourism in the mountainous areas of western Hubei has achieved sustainable and healthy development,and homestays,as an indispensable and important infrastructure in rural tourism,are important carriers to display regional characteristics and folk customs,so the design and transformation of homestays are particularly important.The design of the Tujia style B&B renovation project in Banliao Village,in the southern mountainous area of Enshi,combines the characteristics of the site,respects the rural texture,and follows the natural construction,so that the regionality and sense of place of the B&B are fully reflected,and then tourists can get a good sense of experience.This paper traces the process of the renovation and design of Tujia style homestay in Banliao Village,in order to play a certain demonstration and reference role for the renewal of residential houses in the are.
