公交安全生产的政府治理对策研究——以广东省为例

Supervision Thinking about Government Governance of Safety in Production of Urban Public Transportation——A Case Study of Guangdong Province

城市公交是重要的民生工程,运营载客量较大,运行环境复杂,社会关注度高,公共交通运营安全直接关乎人民群众切身利益。目前,在各级政府部门的高度重视下,公交安全生产形势总体向好,但整体形势依然不容乐观。本文通过对近年来广东省公交安全生产现状进行统计,分析当前公交安全生产存在的主要问题及其深层次原因,提出省级指导层面和地方监管层面强化公交安全监管的治理对策,为提升公交行业安全生产的政府治理水平提供参考。

Urban public transport is an important livelihood project,the operation capacity is large,the operating environment is complex,the social concern is high,and the safety of public transport operation is directly related to the vital interests of the people.At present,under the great attention of government departments at all levels,the overall situation of bus safety production is improving,but the overall situation is still not optimistic.Based on the statistics of the current situation of public transport safety production in Guangdong Province in recent years,this paper analyzes the main problems and deep-seated causes of public transport safety production,and puts forward the governance countermeasures to strengthen public transport safety supervision at the provincial guidance level and local supervision level,so as to provide a reference for improving the government governance level of public transport safety production in the public transport industry.
