摘要
“双师型”教师作为职业教育特色之一,具有多样化的来源结构,同时也面临着数量缺口较大、培养培训制度不全和建设机制有待完善等问题。在产业转型升级和产教深度融合的大背景下,“结构化”和“高水平”成为“双师型”教师团队建设的新要求。基于此,从专业或专业群、产教深度融合两个角度分析构建“双师型”教师团队建设的逻辑,并提出相应对策。
As one of the characteristics of vocational education,"Double-qualified"teachers have a diversified source structure,but they face shortage in quantity,incomplete training systems and imperfect construction mechanisms.Under the background of industrial transformation and upgrading,as well as deep integration of industry and education,the paper proposes two new requirements for the construction of"Double-qualified"team of teachers,namely"structured"and"high-level".Based on this,the paper analyzes and constructed the logic of building a"Double-qualified"team of teachers from the perspectives of profession or professional group,and deep integration of industry and education,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
