父母低头对中小学生心理健康的影响:证据与教育对策

The Impact of Parental Phubbing on the Mental Health of Primary and Secondary School Students and Its Educational Implications

摘要 父母低头行为是指亲子交往的过程中,父母沉浸于低头看手机屏幕而无暇顾及或忽略孩子的行为。父母低头会对中小学生的心理健康产生诸多不良影响,导致出现抑郁与问题性手机使用等内化问题和攻击行为与网络欺凌行为等外化问题。使用元分析方法对已有文献进行整理,结果显示,父母低头行为与中小学生心理健康问题呈显著正相关。据此提出三方面的教育对策:父母要减少低头行为,增强亲子联结;学校要凝心聚力,加强家校合作,提升家长现代化的养育意识和养育水平;社会要为父母提供宽松的养育环境。 Parental phubbing behavior refers to the behavior that parents are immersed in looking down at the mobile phone screen and have no time to take care of or ignore their children in the process of parent-child communication.This phenomenon can have a number of adverse effects on the mental health of primary and secondary school students,leading to both internalizing problems such as depression and problematic smartphone use and extemalizing problems such as aggressive behavior and cyberbullying.This study collated and analyzed the existing literature through the meta-analysis method,and the results showed that parental phubbing behavior was significantly positively correlated with the mental health problems of primary and secondary school students.Based on these results,three educational strategies are proposed.Firstly,parents should reduce phubbing behavior and enhance parent-child bonding;Secondly,schools should unite efforts,strengthen cooperation between families and schools,and enhance the modern parenting awareness and level of parenting;Finally,society should provide parents with a relaxed environment for nurturing.
