摘要
针对海上油田不同开发阶段的生产设施之间可能存在的控制逻辑不匹配问题,应用危险和可操作性分析(HAZOP)方法对某海上油田在失电情况下不同设施之间的连锁关断逻辑进行分析,查找可能存在的安全隐患,分析产生原因及发生的后果,并给出解决措施。
In order to solve the problem of mismatch of control logic between production facilities in different development stages of offshore oilfield,the Hazard and Operability(HAZOP)analysis method was used to analyze the chain shutdown logic between different facilities in an offshore oilfield under the condition of power failure.The potential safety hazards are found,the causes and consequences are analyzed,and the solutions are given.
