摘要
分析天津石化公司渣油加氢装置在用能方面存在的问题和节能潜力,采取新增Robust-IPC全流程智能控制系统、贫胺液泵液力透平及贫胺液升压泵节能改造、加热炉余热回收系统改造、增加加热炉烟气CO含量在线监测设施、优化氢油比和急冷氢流程、回收分馏塔顶油气低温热等一系列优化措施,将装置能耗降低3.69 kgEO/t,为企业降本增效作出贡献。
This paper analyzes the problems of the energy consumption and energy saving potentials of residue hydrogenation unit in SINOPEC Tianjin Company.The energy consumption of the residue hydrogenation unit can be reduced by 3.69 kgEO/t,which effectively lower costs and increase profits for the company,through a series of optimization measures,such as the addition of Robust-IPC full-process intelligent control system,the energy-saving transformation of lean amine pump hydraulic turbine and lean amine booster pump,the transformation of waste heat recovery system of heating furnace,the increase of online monitoring facilities for CO content in heating furnace,the optimization of hydrogen-oil ratio and quenching hydrogen process,and the recovery of low-temperature heat at the top of fractionation tower,etc.
