预印本在参考文献中的著录问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Description Format of Preprint in References

利用中国知网学术期刊数据库,对科技期刊参考文献中预印本的著录格式进行调查,发现预印本形式多样。在梳理、归纳各刊预印本著录格式的基础上,以《信息与文献参考文献著录规则》(GB/T 7714—2015)为依据,探讨预印本著录规则的争议问题及对策,并建议采用电子公告格式著录预印本。

By a survey of description format of preprint in references of sci-tech journals through CNKI,it is found that the presentation of preprint in references is diverse in various journals.On the basis of sorting out and summarizing different forms of preprint in various journals,the controversial issues and countermeasures to the rules for preprint are discussed according to Rules for Bibliographic References and Citations to Information Resources(GB/T 7714—2015).It is recommended to use the format of an electronic bulletin to record preprint in references.
