Promoting the transfer of technological achievement is an important task in adhering to the innovation-led development strategy,and it is a key link in strengthening the integration between research institutions and market-oriented entities.It is of great significance for promoting China’s economic restructuring and creating new driving forces for economic development.By analyzing the function of equity exchange,as well as the basic prerequisites and necessity of using the equity market for public trading of technological achievements,it proposes suggestions to promote the public trading of technological achievements in equity market,which provide methods for the practical affairs of technological achievements transfermation.
