维生素C联合阿奇霉素治疗肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的效果

摘要 目的:观察维生素C联合阿奇霉素治疗肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿的效果。方法:选取2021年10月至2023年10月该院收治的98例MPP患儿进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各49例。对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合维生素C治疗。比较两组临床疗效,临床症状(发热、咳嗽、肺部干湿啰音)消失时间,住院时间,治疗前后炎性因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)]、T细胞亚群指标(CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.88%(46/49),高于对照组的79.59%(39/49),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组发热、咳嗽、肺部干湿啰音消失时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组IL-6、CRP及PCT水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,两组CD8^(+)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:维生素C联合阿奇霉素治疗MPP患儿可提高治疗总有效率,缩短临床症状消失时间和住院时间,改善T细胞亚群指标水平,以及降低炎性因子水平的效果优于单纯阿奇霉素治疗。 Objective:To observe effects of Vitamin C combined with Azithromycin in treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP).Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 98 children with MPP admitted to this hospital from October 2021 to October 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Azithromycin,while the observation group was treated with Vitamin C on the basis of that of the control group.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms(fever,cough,lung dry and wet rales),the hospitalization time,the levels of inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT)]and T cell subsets(CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.88%(46/49),which was higher than 79.59%(39/49)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,cough,lung dry and wet rales and the hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of IL-6,CRP and PCT in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;the levels of CD8^(+)in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Vitamin C combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of the children with MPP can improve the total effective rate of treatment,shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and the hospitalization time,improve the levels of T cell subsets,and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors.Moreover,it is superior to simple Azithromycin treatment.
