摘要
出汗是临床常见症状,对于疾病病机的诊断有重要意义。因此,“问汗”是《中医诊断学》问诊中的重点内容。但纵观目前多版本的医学院校《中医诊断学》统编教材,关于“问汗”的内容概括性比较强,举例较少,病机叙述也不够全面。学生课后有比较多的疑问,接受情况不十分理想。因此作者拓展教学思路,查阅大量医学典籍和文献,对教学方法加以改进,对问汗内容加以补充,取得了较好的教学效果。
Sweating is a common clinical symptom,and has a great significance for the diagnosis of disease pathogenesis.In addition,“inquiry about sweating”is the key content of diagnose through interrogation in diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine.However,the contents of“inquiry about sweating”in the textbooks of diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine compiled by medical colleges and universities are very general,less examples and the pathogenesis is also incomplete.Students have more questions after class,and the acceptance is not very ideal.Therefore,the author expanded the teaching ideas,consulted many medical classics,Improved teach⁃ing methods,added“inquiry about sweating”contents,and then we have achieved better teaching effect.
