醒脑开窍针法对缺血性脑卒中患者皮质脊髓束及运动功能影响的临床观察

摘要 目的 运用弥散磁共振张量成像技术(DTI)观察醒脑开窍针法对缺血性脑卒中患者皮质脊髓束(Corticospinal tract,CST)、运动功能的影响。方法 将54例缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者随机分为试验组和对照组,各27例。两组均行康复科常规治疗,试验组加醒脑开窍针法,4周后比较两组CST平均FA值、简化Fugl-Meyer量表评分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分。结果 治疗后,试验组CST全段平均FA值、简化Fugl-Meyer评分、NIHSS评分较治疗前均改善,且优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 醒脑开窍针法能促进缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者CST重塑,改善其神经功能缺损情况,改善运动功能障碍,并具有较好安全性。 Objective To observe the effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture on corticospinal tract(CST)and motor function in patients with ischemic stroke by diffusion magnetic resonance tensor imaging(DTI).Methods A total of 54 patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 27 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with routine treat-ment of rehabilitation department,and the experimental group was additionally treated with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture.After 4 weeks of treatment,the mean FA value of CST,Fugl-Meyer scale score,and NIHSS score were compared between the two groups.Re-sults After treatment,the average FA value of CST,simplified Fugl-Meyer score and NIHSS score of experimental group were im-proved compared with before treatment,and were better than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xingnao Kaiqiao acupunc-ture can promote CST remodeling in patients with ischemic stroke in the recovery period,improve neurological deficits,improve motor dysfunction,and has good safety.
