PCB工厂挥发性有机废气生物法治理案例

Case study on biological treatment of volatile organic waste gas in the PCB factory

摘要 印制电路板(PCB)工厂使用含挥发性有机物原料,产生挥发性有机废气。结合废气的来源、成分和温度特性,将内层、阻焊、塞孔、文字和洗网等工序有机废气分类收集,采用高效气旋塔+喷淋塔预处理后进入智能生物滤塔进行生物法治理。经不断优化运行条件,最终实现平均93%的去除率。对比活性炭吸附+催化燃烧法,生物法更加安全、经济,产生更少危废,符合绿色低碳的行业发展要求。 Printed circuit board enterprises use the volatile organic compounds(VOC)containing materials in the processes,resulting in VOC emissions.In this case,based on the source,composition and temperature characteristics of the VOC,the VOC of the inner layer,solder mask,resin filling,component marking and screen washing processes are collected separately and pretreated by efficient cyclone tower+spray tower,and then enter the intelligent biofilter tower for biological treatment.After continuous optimization of operating conditions,the removal rate of 93%is finally achieved.Compared with the activated carbon adsorption+catalytic combustion method,the biological method is safer and more economical,produces less hazardous waste,and meets the development requirements of the green and low-carbon industry.
