邮轮室外电气设备安装及舾装件设计标准分析

Analysis of Design Standard of Outdoor Electrical Equipment Installation and Outfitting for Cruise Ships

为了满足大型邮轮室外电气设备安装的规范要求,实现邮轮室外设备舾装件设计标准化,基于大型国产邮轮1号船实船设计经验,针对室外区域不同舱壁和天花板情况,对电气设备及电舾装件的选型、选材及安装工艺等设计标准进行分类总结。通过救生艇区域典型的电气设备安装和舾装件设计实例,详细阐述该区域室外舾装件及电气设备布置的优化方案,以及设计与施工过程中的注意事项。研究成果可为大型客船室外电气设备和舾装件的安装设计提供一定参考。

In order to meet the regulatory requirements for the installation of outdoor electrical equipment on large cruise ships and achieve standardization in the design of outdoor equipment fittings for cruise ships,based on the actual ship design experience of the large domestic cruise ship No.1,the selection,material selection,and installation process of electrical equipment and electrical fittings are classified and summarized according to different cabin walls and ceilings in the outdoor area.Through typical examples of electrical equipment installation and outfitting design in the lifeboat area,the optimization plan for outdoor outfitting and electrical equipment layout in this area is elaborated in detail,as well as the precautions during the design and construction process.The research results can provide some references for the installation design of outdoor electrical equipment and outfitting components for large passenger ships.
