船用冷库故障诊断技术与绝缘性能试验分析

为提高冷库验收的准确性和规范性,对拼装式冷库的工艺流程和建造要点进行介绍,对其运行调试时常出现的故障进行分析,并给出相关的判断思路。在此基础上,结合实船冷库验收标准进行打冷试验和分析。研究成果可为同类工程项目建造验收冷库施工方案制定提供一定参考。

To improve the accuracy and standardization of cold storage acceptance,the process and construction points of assembled cold storage are introduced,and the faults that often occur during its operation and commissioning are analyzed,and relevant judgment ideas are given.On this basis,combined with the acceptance standards for actual ship cold storage,cold testing and analysis will be conducted.The research results can provide some references for the development of cold storage construction plans for the construction and acceptance of similar engineering projects.
