摘要
目的探索采用不同实施科学研究设计的关注热点与趋势,为推动实施科学在临床医疗护理研究中的应用提供研究设计参考。方法检索Web of Science文献并用CiteSpace软件对其进行可视化分析,主要包括发文量、国家及机构、高频关键词、聚类及突现。结果共检索到1946篇论文和364篇综述,发文量总体呈上升趋势;美国发文最多,占26.49%,机构中美国华盛顿大学发文最多,占14.29‰;研究热点围绕艾滋病毒、模型、机器学习、项目等,研究趋势有深度学习、机器学习、挑战、障碍、公共卫生和分类等。结论学者们基于实施科学不同类型研究设计开展了大量研究,以人工智能技术助力,推动实施科学快速发展与成果传播,建议学者未来基于实施科学的理论框架,进一步识别影响干预措施实施的因素,推动措施转化落地,以达到预期的健康效益。
Objective To explore the hotspots and trends of different implementation of scientific research design,and to provide research design reference for promoting the application of implementation science in clinical medical nursing research.Methods The Web of Science literature was retrieved and visualized by CiteSpace software,including the number of publications,countries and institutions,high-frequency keywords,clustering and bursts.Results A total of 1946 papers and 364 reviews were retrieved,and the number of publications showed an overall upward trend.The United States issued the most documents,accounting for 26.49%,and the University of Washington issued the most documents,accounting for 14.29‰.Research hotspots focus on HIV,models,machine learning,projects,etc.Research trends include deep learning,machine learning,challenges,obstacles,public health and classification.Conclusion Scholars have carried out a lot of research based on different types of research designs of implementation science,with the help of artificial intelligence technology,to promote the rapid development of implementation science and the dissemination of results.It is suggested that scholars should further identify the factors affecting the implementation of intervention measures based on the theoretical framework of implementation science in the future,and promote the transformation of measures to achieve the expected health benefits.
