内蒙古自治区公共卫生技术人员配置现状与聚集度评价分析

Analysis on the Current Situation and Agglomeration Degree of the Allocation of Public Health Technicians in Inner Mongolia

目的探讨内蒙古自治区公共卫生技术人员配置现状,为优化公共卫生技术人员配置提供参考。方法采用卫生资源聚集度法和人口聚集度法对2016-2021年数据进行对比分析。结果2016-2021年内蒙古自治区公共卫生人员增加1312人,总人数为20320人;每万人口公共卫生技术人员增加了0.85人,达到了6.91人;人员聚集度最高的为乌海市(26.96),最低的为阿拉善盟(0.07),区域间配置较不公平。结论内蒙古公共卫生技术人员配置在数量、构成和分布上存在不均衡现象,建议继续扩大公共卫生技术人员数量,加强人才队伍建设,优化人员结构,促进全区公共卫生事业均衡发展。

Objective To analyze the allocation of public health technicians in Inner Mongolia,and to explore effective measures to optimize the allocation of Public health technicians.Methods The data from 2016 to 2021 were compared and analyzed by health resource aggregation method and population aggregation method.Results From 2016 to 2021,the number of public health workers in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region increased by 1312,with a total number of 20320.The number of public health technicians per million population increased by 0.85 to 6.91.The highest concentration was 26.96 in Wuhai City,and the lowest was 0.07 in Alashan City,and it varied greatly among different regions.Conclusion The number,composition,and distribution of public health technicians in Inner Mongolia are not balanced.It is suggested to continue to expand the number of public health technicians,strengthen the construction of talent team,optimize the personnel structure,and promote the balanced development of public health undertakings in Inner Mongolia.
