经食道超声心动图提高隐源性脑卒中并卵圆孔未闭检出率的效果

Evaluation of the Effect of Transesophageal Echocardiography on Improving the Detection Rate of Cryptogenic Stroke Complicated with Patent Foramen Ovale

目的分析经胸超声心动图(TTE)与经食道二维超声心动图(2D-TEE)提高隐源性脑卒中(CS)并卵圆孔未闭(PFO)检出率的效果。方法选取赣县区人民医院2022年5月-2023年10月收治的76例隐源性脑卒中并卵圆孔未闭患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。对照组行经胸超声心动图(TTE)检查,观察组应用经食道二维超声心动图(2D-TEE)检查。比较两组PFO检出率、RLS分级以及并发症发生率。结果对照组PFO阳性检出率为60.53%,观察组PFO阳性检出率为76.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对RLS分级的评估效果优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PFO与临床多种疾病有关,在确保安全性的前提下开展经食道二维超声心动图检查能够为疾病诊治提供有效的诊断依据,值得临床应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of transthoracic echocardiography(TTE)and transesophageal two-dimensional echocardiography(2D-TEE)in improving the detection rate of cryptogenic stroke(CS)with patent foramen ovale(PFO).Methods A total of 76 patients with cryptogenic stroke and patent foramen ovale admitted to Ganxian District People's Hospital from May 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 38 patients in each group.The control group was examined by thoracic echocardiography(TTE),and the observation group was examined by transesophageal two-dimensional echocardiography(2D-TEE).The detection rate of PFO,RLS grading and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The positive detection rate of PFO in the control group was 60.53%,and the positive detection rate of PFO in the observation group was 76.32%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The evaluation effect of RLS grading in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PFO is related to a variety of clinical diseases.Under the premise of ensuring safety,transesophageal two-dimensional echocardiography can provide effective diagnostic basis for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases,which is worthy of clinical application.
