迈瑞BC-6900血细胞分析仪在血幼稚粒细胞百分比检测中的应用效果

摘要 目的:评价迈瑞BC-6900血细胞分析仪检测血幼稚粒细胞百分比(IMG%)的效果.方法:选取2022年4月—2023年7月南京大学医学院附属苏州医院门诊、体检及住院患者141例,抽取其静脉血,分析迈瑞BC-6900血细胞分析仪与OLYMPUS-CX31RTSF显微镜检测IMG%的相关性,并对迈瑞BC-6900血细胞分析仪检测IMG%进行重复性验证.结果:共98例样本数据参与拟合分析,结果显示迈瑞BC-6900血细胞分析仪与显微镜检测IMG%具有高度相关性(R2=0.956,P<0.001).迈瑞BC-6900血细胞分析仪IMG%提示范围与显微镜检测IMG%相关性分析结果显示,当迈瑞BC-6900血细胞分析仪提示IMG%≤1%时,与显微镜检测符合率相对较低,可以不进行显微镜复查;当提示IMG%>1%,与显微镜检测符合率随之增高,迈瑞BC-6900血细胞分析仪IMG%提示范围与显微镜检测IMG%之间具有正向相关性(r=0.936,P<0.05).本研究选取的5份样本重复性变异系数均<10%.结论:迈瑞BC-6900血细胞分析仪检测IMG%能有效提高样本处理效率及检测结果准确性. Objective To evaluate the effect of Mindray BC-6900 blood cell analyzer in the detection of percentage of immature granulocyte(IMG%)in blood.Methods Venous blood was collected from 141 outpatients,physical examinations and inpatients of the Affiliated Suzhou Hospital of Nanjing University Medicine School from April 2022 to July 2023.The correlation between Mindray BC-6900 blood cell analyzer and OLYMPUS CX31RTSF microscope detection IMG%was analyzed,and the repeatability of the Mindray BC-6900 blood cell analyzer detection was verified.Results A total of 98 samples were involved in the fitting analysis,and the results showed that Mindrays BC-6900 hemocyte analyzer was highly correlated with the microscopic detection of 2 IMG%(R=0.956,P<0.001).The correlation analysis results showed that when the IMG%range of Mindray BC-6900 hemocyte analyzer showed IMG%≤1%,the coincidence rate with the microscope examination was relatively low,and the microscope review could not be carried out.When IMG%>1%was indicated,the coincidence rate with microscopy increased,and there was a positive correlation between the IMG%indication range of Mindray BC-6900 hemocyte analyzer and microscopy detection(r=0.936,P<0.05).The coefficient of repeatability of 5 samples selected in this study was all<10%.Conclusions IMG%detected by Mindray BC-6900 blood cell analyzer can effectively improve the efficiency of sample processing and the accuracy of detection results.
