无痛胃肠镜诊疗过程中AIDET沟通护理的实施效果观察

Observation on the Effect of AIDET Communication Nursing in the Process of Painless Gastroenteroscopy

目的 分析无痛胃肠镜诊疗过程中AIDET沟通护理的实施效果。方法 选取2023年9月至2024年3月在我院接受无痛胃肠镜诊疗的80例患者,根据护理方式差异进行分组,各40例,对照组诊疗过程中采用常规沟通模式,试验组诊疗过程中实施AIDET沟通护理,对比两组入院时、麻醉清醒1 h后的自我和谐能力(SCCS)、心理负担感受评分状况以及麻醉药物用量、心率、检查时间、血压水平以及不良反应发生率、患者满意度。结果 麻醉清醒1 h后,试验组心理负担感受评分低于对照组,SCCS评分均优于对照组(P <0.05)。试验组麻醉药物用量、心率、检查时间、血压水平等围手术期指标水平均优于对照组(P <0.05)。试验组低血糖、恶心呕吐、低血压、腹泻、呼吸抑制、心律减慢等不良反应发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。试验组总满意度高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 无痛胃肠镜诊疗过程中AIDET沟通护理能有效改善患者自我和谐能力和心理负担感受,减少麻醉药物用量,优化心率、检查时间、血压等围手术期指标水平,并减少呼吸抑制等不良反应发生。

Objective To analyze the effect of AIDET communication nursing in the process of painless gastroenteroscopy.Methods A total of 80 patients who received painless gastroenteroscopy in our hospital from September 2023 to March 2024 were selected and divided into 40 patients each according to the differences in nursing methods.The control group adopted conventional communication mode during diagnosis and treatment,while the experimental group implemented AIDET communication and nursing during diagnosis and treatment.The self-harmony ability(SCCS),psychological burden score,narcotic drug dosage,heart rate,examination time,blood pressure level,incidence of adverse reactions and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups at admission and 1 h after anesthesia wakefulness.Results After 1 h after anesthesia,the scores of psychological burden perception in experimental group were lower than those in control group,and the scores of SCCS were better than those in control group(P<0.05).Anesthesia drug dosage,heart rate,examination time,blood pressure and other perioperative indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia,nausea and vomiting,hypotension,diarrhea,respiratory depression,slow heart rate and other adverse reactions in test group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions During the process of painless gastroenteroscopy,AIDET communication and nursing can effectively improve patients' self-harmony ability and psychological burden,reduce the amount of anesthetic drugs,optimize perioperative indexes such as heart rate,examination time and blood pressure,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions such as respiratory depression.
